Our Build Process


Every custom home we undertake begins as a dream that we strive to make a reality. The most important aspect in creating the perfect home is getting to know our client's needs and wants. We will have an initial consultation to discuss goals and design, as well as determine what professionals need to be involved and when. We work with designers and architects to put the client vision into a tangible concept, with estimates in place for the scope of work. We work with our clients through material selections, budget meetings, progress walkthroughs, and post closing warranty. Our main goal is to provide our clients with the custom home they’ve envisioned, down to the last detail.

Harland Building Group has an in-house real estate firm to assist in land purchases for new construction builds, if needed. Brian is well versed in raw land purchases and knowledgeable about the pros and cons related to parcels for home construction.
